Pravda: IJstijd aanstaande
Dat is nog eens andere koek dan Global Warming!
Noel Sheppard van Newsbusters schrijft in een reactie op het artikel uit Pravda:
"Post facto thought-provoker: the climate alarmists regularly proffer that America and the world, regardless of whether or not AGW theory becomes prophecy, should prepare for that possibility. Not doing so in their view would be foolish.
Well, what if the realists who believe we're entering another serious cooling phase are right? Wouldn't it be foolish for us not to prepare for that outcome?
After
all, as most American residences and structures were built during the
recent warming phase, they're not prepared for significantly colder
temperatures. Neither is our current electricity grid or our supply of
natural gas and heating oil." (bron)
Dat komt aardig overeen met wat ik eerder schreef.
Mijn mening over het Pravda artikel: aangezien interglacialen (zoals het huidige) zo'n 12000 jaar duren, zal er zeker weer een ijstijd komen, maar niemand weet precies wanneer.
Dus koop nog maar geen stukje land in de Sahara.
