Ik heb het natuurlijk over Euro-parlementariers, u weet wel, de nitwits die de gloeilamp verbieden, de voedselprijzen omhoog jagen (bio-brandstofbeleid) en ons energieverbruik willen rantsoeneren.

In The Times van gisteren wordt een boekje opengedaan onder de veelzeggende titel:
